Políticas de envío y devoluciones:

Envíos: Se realizarán a través de Correos Envío Express con coste en un plazo de 24/72h

Devoluciones: Se dispone de 10 días para hacer cualquier cambio (desde fecha de compra) a cargo del cliente. Aceptaremos la devolución cuando comprobemos que el artículo y su embalaje se encuentra en perfecto estado y sin ser usados.

Pasos a seguir:

Envíanos un email a info@ceramicarocacaus.com indicando la referencia del pedido y los artículos que quieres cambiar. También si lo prefieres puedes llamarnos directamente a la tienda en horario comercial al 973 347088
El cliente debe de hacer el envío con su caja original protegiéndolo en una bolsa precintada y hacerla llegar a la siguiente dirección: C/ Sant Miquel 14, 25340 Verdú. Lleida. ES.
Una vez recibido el artículo y revisemos que esta en perfectas condiciones se volvera a enviar el nuevo artículo deseado.
En caso que no quiera un cambio por otro artículo se podra hacer un vale con fecha de caducidad de seis meses.
